Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting payment, or confirming production, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, you should not place an order.

2. Nature of Our Products

All Reinee Couture gowns are custom-made couture garments, handcrafted to order based on customer-selected designs, specifications, and provided measurements. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are subject to special conditions outlined in these Terms.

Custom-made gowns are not mass-produced, are not resalable, and are created exclusively for each customer.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes a binding commitment to proceed with production.

Payments may be structured as a deposit and remaining balance or as full payment, depending on the agreed arrangement. All payments are considered fully authorized at the time they are made.

Deposits reserve production capacity, materials, and artisan time. Payment terms, refunds, and cancellation rules are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

4. Production & Scheduling Acknowledgment

All gowns are produced according to estimated timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy. Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to customization complexity, material sourcing, or production requirements.

Customers acknowledge that couture garments require extended lead times and agree that production time, scheduling, or advance order planning does not constitute a delay and does not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Customers are responsible for ordering with sufficient time before their event.

5. Measurements & Fit Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate body measurements. Reinee Couture provides size charts, guidance, and tutorials to assist.

If measurement verification is declined or measurements are submitted incorrectly, Reinee Couture is not responsible for fit-related issues. Fit concerns do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or remakes, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

6. Design Accuracy & Handcrafted Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of couture garments, minor variations in detailing, embroidery, bead placement, fabric texture, or finishing are normal and acceptable.

Design accuracy is achieved to approximately 97–98%, and such minor variations do not constitute defects or grounds for refund.

7. Final Approval & Acceptance

Before shipment, customers receive a final approval video of their completed gown.

Approval of this video confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the gown’s design, construction, measurements, and overall condition and authorizes shipment.

Once final approval is given, the order is considered fully accepted, and no cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks will be accepted.

8. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Refunds, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have reviewed and accepted the Refund Policy in full.

9. Shipping, Customs & Delivery

Shipping timelines, methods, and responsibilities are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by destination countries.

Reinee Couture is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing times, or issues caused by incorrect delivery details.

10. Chargebacks & Dispute Handling

By completing payment, the customer confirms they are the authorized cardholder or have full permission to use the payment method.

Chargebacks filed due to change of mind, event cancellation, production timelines, fit issues, measurement errors, color variation, minor craftsmanship differences, or failure to review approval materials are considered invalid disputes.

Reinee Couture reserves the right to formally dispute chargebacks using all available documentation, including order records, communications, approval videos, and shipping confirmations.

Abuse of the chargeback system may result in permanent refusal of future service.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, videos, content, and materials displayed on our website or shared during the ordering process are the intellectual property of Reinee Couture and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Reinee Couture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

13. Force Majeure

Reinee Couture shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier disruptions, labor issues, courier delays, or customs holds.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Contact Information

For questions regarding orders, policies, or terms, customers may contact Reinee Couture through our official communication channels listed on our website.

16. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Reinee Couture, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
