Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Confirmation & Completion of Obligation 

Delivery is considered completed once the courier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer. Reinee Couture is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery, including deliveries left at a safe place, concierge, reception, or authorized third party as determined by the carrier.


2. Important Shipping Conditions

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

Shipping timelines do not guarantee arrival by a specific event date

Customers are responsible for ordering with sufficient time for production and delivery

No changes, upgrades, or downgrades can be made once the gown has been shipped

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipping methods

Orders are shipped only after final approval and full payment


3. Final Approval & Dispatch

Once the gown is completed, the customer will receive a final approval video. Shipping timelines begin only after the customer approves the final video and the order is dispatched. Production, sourcing, and approval periods are not included in the stated shipping duration.

Customers must select one shipping method at checkout. All shipping timelines are estimates and apply to business days only (Monday–Friday).

5. Payment Terms

Orders may be placed using one of the following payment options:

50% non-refundable deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% due after completion and final video approval, prior to shipment

Full payment upfront at the time of order

The remaining balance may be paid via bank transfer or card, depending on availability. Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.


6. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Reinee Couture is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned, delayed, or lost due to address errors do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or claims.


7. Customs, Duties & Courier Responsibility

Reinee Couture is not responsible for customs clearance delays, import duties, taxes, inspections, or courier-related delays. Any customs fees, taxes, or clearance requirements are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


8. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier operations, and local customs procedures. International shipments may experience additional transit or clearance time beyond estimated delivery windows.


9. Force Majeure

Reinee Couture shall not be held responsible for shipping delays, delivery interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, supplier disruptions, labor issues, courier interruptions, customs holds, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.


Production Time & Scheduling

10. All Reinee Couture gowns are custom-made to order. Active production time typically ranges from 3–6 weeks, depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and current production volume. In some cases, certain designs may be completed faster, including approximately 2 weeks, without guarantee.

Clients may place orders weeks or months in advance, including 2–12 months before an event. When an order is placed far in advance, production, final detailing, and completion may be scheduled closer to the event date to ensure optimal fit, fabric condition, and final finish.

Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on customization requirements and production conditions. Clients are responsible for ordering with sufficient time to accommodate production and delivery estimates.


11. Advance Orders, Fabric Sourcing & Scheduled Production

Customers may place orders weeks or months in advance, including 2–12 months before an event date. In such cases, production may be scheduled closer to the event date to ensure proper fit, fabric condition, and final detailing.

Production timing may also depend on fabric sourcing and availability. The stated production timeframe refers to the active production period and does not necessarily begin immediately upon deposit or full payment. Time spent on fabric sourcing, scheduling, or holding production for an agreed event date does not constitute a delay and does not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund.


12. Acceptance of Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Reinee Couture, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.
