Terms of service
TERMS OF SERVICE (TERMS & CONDITIONS)
By placing an order with Reinee Couture, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the customer”) and Reinee Couture.
1. Products
Reinee Couture offers high-end luxury dresses and jumpsuits created exclusively from designs available in our official catalogue and authorized social media channels. Catalogue availability may change at any time without prior notice.
2. Custom-Made Production
All Reinee Couture garments are bespoke and custom-made specifically for each customer based on selected designs, measurements, color choices, and approved customization requests. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins or materials are reserved, subject only to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
3. Customer-Submitted Designs
Reinee Couture does not accept customer-submitted or third-party designs. All gowns are produced solely from original Reinee Couture designs using approved fabrics to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
4. Customization & Modifications
Customers may request design modifications to catalogue gowns before production begins, including but not limited to length adjustments, color changes, lining additions, neckline modifications, sleeves, straps, gloves, embellishments, slits, or train alterations.
All modification requests must be confirmed in writing and approved by our production team. Additional charges may apply and will be communicated before production. No changes, additions, or modifications are accepted once production has started.
5. Measurements
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate body measurements. Reinee Couture provides a size chart and measurement tutorial to assist customers. Measurement photos or videos may be requested to prevent errors. Failure to provide accurate measurements or requested verification releases Reinee Couture from responsibility for fit-related issues.
6. Final Approval
Before shipment, customers receive a final approval video of their completed gown. Reinee Couture does not ship any order without prior approval. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the gown’s design, fit, and specifications. Once approved and shipped, the order is considered fully accepted.
7. Payments
Orders may be placed using one of the following payment options:
• A 50% deposit to secure a production slot, with the remaining 50% balance due after the gown is completed and approved via final video and before shipment
• Full payment upfront at the time of order
Production does not begin until the initial payment (deposit or full payment) has been received. Orders are shipped only after full payment has been completed. Once production has started or final approval has been given, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed except as outlined in the Refund Policy.
8. Production & Delivery
Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, customization requests, fabric availability, scheduling, and external factors. Reinee Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, supplier issues, or force majeure events.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, videos, text, and content associated with Reinee Couture are the exclusive intellectual property of Reinee Couture and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Reinee Couture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or transactions.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Reinee Couture reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline future transactions at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving policy abuse, chargeback misuse, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with these terms.
12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for matters covered under our Refund Policy. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of service and recovery actions where permitted by law.
13. Force Majeure
Reinee Couture shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier disruptions, courier delays, customs holds, labor issues, or governmental actions.
14. Communication & Records
All communications, approvals, confirmations, and instructions exchanged via WhatsApp, email, invoices, or other official channels are considered valid and binding records.
15. Website Content Disclaimer
Images, videos, and descriptions are provided for reference purposes only. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen differences, fabric characteristics, and handcrafted production and do not constitute defects.
16. Incorporation of Policies
These Terms of Service incorporate and are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. By placing an order, customers agree to all policies in full as published at the time of purchase.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reinee Couture operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Updates to Terms
Reinee Couture reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to each order.
20. Acceptance of Terms
By completing an order with Reinee Couture, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, along with all related policies.
