Each Reinee Couture gown is made to order to the client’s measurements. Colour, length, sleeves and design details may be changed when those requests are confirmed before production. Orders are placed with a live team member on WhatsApp. Production is approximately 2–3 weeks, although highly detailed designs may require longer, and the expected timing is confirmed before production starts. A final approval video is provided for every completed gown before shipping.
